General Meetings

General Meeting with ENGIE North America in January 2026 on power trading.

Each month, the LEC holds a two hour general meeting to gather all members together for networking and learning. This year, our club is inviting professionals from all over the world to provide a global perspective on how energy systems in different regions compare to the United States (in particular Texas). This event launches with a brief social activity followed by a ten minute story from energy history. Following dinner, the invited guest(s) lead a 90 minute discussion.

In Fall 2026, our club is exploring the energy systems of the Middle East, New England, and Scandinavia.
