Texas Energy Innovation Night
October 21, 2025, 5:00-8:30 PM at the Texas Science and Natural History Museum
Texas Energy Innovation Night is a special night at the museum to learn and discuss energy innovation. In our inaugural event at the Texas Science and Natural History Museum (held on October 21, 2025, from 5:00-8:30 PM), we drew a crowd of over 150 attendees to (1) enjoy an Innovation Dinner, (2) hear a keynote presentation from Intertrust on digitization of energy assets, (3) hear lightning talks from representatives of seven innovative energy companies from around the globe, (4) see novel student research from the Forty Acres at our first-ever Fall Research Exhibition and 3 Minute Thesis Competition, and (5) participate in the Energy Ventures Ideathon to prepare for the spring Energy Ventures Practicum class with the course instructors: Dr. Michael Webber and Molly Bales.
