Premier Events
This team is led by the Vice Chair and focuses on leading the development of the Premier Events throughout the year. The positions include the Innovation Chair, Research Chair, Challenge Chair, and Forum Chair. These positions will be selected by the LEC President and Vice Chair during the application process based on responses when applying to positions on the Administration team. The positions on this team will have similar work to the Vice President of Events position on the Administration team.
Administration
This team is led by the President and focuses on supporting the Premier Event Chairs as well as the general activities of the club. The President delegates members of this team to support different events, including premier events, based on what is needed at a given time.
Briefing Team
In 2026, the LEC is introducing the Briefing Team. This is a technical team led by the President that focuses purely on keeping track of current events in the energy sector. As a team, the analysts will prepare slides on energy news each week and compile them together at the end of each month for the Energy Briefing.
